From repetitive tasks
to considered workflows.

An agentic workflow uses AI to interpret information, choose a next step and use approved tools. Your team defines the boundaries.

Give your team a useful first draft.

  1. A new enquiry arrives

Start with a message from an agreed form or inbox.

  2. Work out what’s needed

Use approved service information; flag missing details or route an unusual request.

  3. Prepare the response

Draft a reply and a proposed CRM update, with the context to check them.

  4. Your team approves

A person reviews and authorises the reply and record update before either happens.

Make approved information easier to find.

  1. Someone asks a question

A team member needs an answer from your internal documentation.

  2. Find the right source

Search only the documents that person is allowed to access.

  3. Build a useful answer

Bring relevant information together and link back to the source material.

  4. Check or hand over

Show when evidence is missing or conflicting, so the team can verify or escalate.

Take the first pass off your team’s plate.

  1. Start with a brief

Use approved product information, audience notes and brand guidance.

  2. Gather the context

Retrieve relevant material and flag gaps that need a person’s input.

  3. Prepare the draft

Create a draft and a list of claims or details that need checking.

  4. An editor signs off

Your team reviews, edits and approves before anything is published.

A useful first step.
A clear way forward.

Get clarity on the opportunity, test a focused idea or support a workflow already in use.

Find a useful starting point. We map the process with your team, assess the available data and tools, and identify where AI, conventional automation or a simpler process makes sense.

What you leave with: An opportunity map, a recommended first project and measures of success.

Discuss AI consulting

Test one clearly defined workflow using agreed data and connections. We build in review points and a fallback, then assess the results against examples from your business.

What you leave with: A working pilot, findings from testing and a recommendation on the next step.

Discuss a workflow pilot

For workflows ready to use, agree a support arrangement for monitoring, maintenance and improvement as your systems and requirements change.

What you leave with: A defined support scope, review schedule and responsibilities for your team and ours.

Discuss ongoing support

Understand the task.
Then build around it.

  1. Understand

Map the task, the people involved and where time or quality is being lost.

  2. Define

Agree the scope, access permissions, approval points and measures of success.

  3. Build & test

Develop a focused pilot and check normal cases, exceptions and failures with your team.

  4. Review & improve

Use the findings to decide what comes next, with handover and support agreed before rollout.

Clear scope.
Clear costs.

AI consulting and workflow projects are quoted around your requirements. We’ll separate the initial work from any ongoing costs, so you can make an informed decision.

Talk through your brief
Discovery & setup

The process review, agreed pilot, integrations and testing included in your project.

Software & usage

Third-party subscriptions, model usage and hosting costs, with assumptions made clear.

Ongoing support

A separately agreed scope for monitoring, maintenance and future improvements.

Before we begin.

We’ll start with the task. If a straightforward rule, integration or process change is a better fit, that is what we’ll recommend. Agents are useful when a workflow needs to interpret information and choose between permitted next steps.

We assess your current systems during discovery. What can be connected depends on their integration options, permissions and licensing. Your proposal will name the connections included in scope.

Before a pilot, we agree the information it needs, who can access it and which providers will process it. Retention settings and any sensitive-data requirements are reviewed as part of that scope. We can begin with sample data while those decisions are made.

We agree the actions a workflow may take and the points that need human approval. Testing covers missing information, incorrect outputs and failed connections, with a route back to a person when the workflow cannot continue.

We review the results against the agreed success measures before deciding whether to refine, roll out or stop. If you proceed, the proposal sets out handover, training, ongoing support and running costs.
