What’s the difference between hosting and website care?
After launch, hosting provides the environment your website runs on. Website care covers the ongoing tasks included in your chosen package. With Basic, you look after the website itself. Standard adds monitoring, weekly malware protection and backups, plus core and plugin updates. Premium adds daily protection and backups, theme updates, cookie consent management, reporting, routine content updates and priority support. Use the package comparison and your proposal to confirm who handles each task and what is included.
Can you move our existing website?
Tell us where your website is hosted and what it runs on. We’ll review the setup and agree the migration work, timing and cost before making the move. If you are also considering changes to the website itself, read our rebuild or redesign guide before agreeing the scope.
Can we change packages later?
Yes. As your needs change, we can discuss moving to a different package and confirm the new scope and billing with you.
Are website changes included?
Routine content updates are included with Premium. They are not included with Basic or Standard. New pages and development work can be discussed separately, so your proposal is clear about what is covered.
